TPF GETINSA EUROESTUDIOS, S.L. provides engineering and consulting services specialized in the sectors of industrial and civil engineering (roads, railways, hydraulics, etc.), with more than 20 years of experience and continuous presence in numerous.

TPF GETINSA EUROESTUDIOS, S.L is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to be recruited at its branch office in Ankara.

Qualifications: 

  • University degree in social sciences or any related departments from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3  years of recruitment experience preferably in consultancy firms (engineering positions is preferred)
  • Experience at least in one EU funded Technical Assistance project.
  • Full computer literacy; advanced use of MS Office tools
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English
  • Well-organized, result oriented, strong attention to details and ability to meet with tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to work both independently and in an international team environment
  • Able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting all the project based HR activities; Leading recruiting process  and conducting interviews with potential Key and Non-Key Expert candidates including preparation of evaluation tables, CVs and other requested documents such as proof documents and diplomas;
  • Resourcing and evaluation of CVs
  • Managing the applications and short-listing of the appropriate candidates
  • Solid experience in using HR tools, such as LinkedIn, DevelopmentAid, Assortis, etc.
  • Preparation of job advertisements in order to be published in various human resources web sites, portals and printed media
  • Tailoring & Polishing the expert candidates’ CVs to address qualifications required for roles specified in Terms of References
  • Coordinating the collection and classification of supporting documents for proposed experts
  • Supporting the Project Team and Technical Assistance Team in terms of personnel processes
  • Making negotiations for pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements
  • Ensuring the submission of the most suitable CVs and most proper supporting documents in accordance with these CVs for each position in the project.
  • Creating and maintaining an own database of experts for the project upcoming activities.
  • Coordinating and hands-on use of local and international databases for recruitment
