We are expanding our project management department and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Project Management Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading project management activities for specific projects in accordance with established rules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Scope Management: Take charge of defining and managing project scopes to ensure clear and precise project objectives.
• Timely Project Completion: Ensure projects are completed within specified schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Effective Collaboration: Foster collaboration among project partners and funding authorities to maintain smooth project coordination.
• Proactive Risk Management: Identify and address project risks and issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Performance Monitoring: Coordinate regular project performance reviews, track action items, and monitor risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Support and Guidance: Assist project teams with work planning activities, monitor project implementation and milestone achievement, and provide support for the preparation and delivery of key project deliverables, annual reviews, evaluations, and deadlines.

Experience Required

• Relevant professional work experience, preferably with relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, particularly in EU Programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and team-oriented work environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capacity to manage multiple assignments and shift priorities without compromising quality and timeliness.
