QUALIFICATIONS

We are hiring Project Coordinator who has following Job Qualifications;

Qualifications and skills;

• At least a BA degree
• Excellent command of written/spoken English
• Experience in EU Technical Assistance Projects and also tendering process is essential
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate at all levels
• High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Advanced project planning and time management skills

General Requirements;

·         At least two years of working experience,

·         Experience in international projects will be an asset

·         Experience in technical assistance projects funded by international organizations will be considered as an asset

JOB DESCRIPTION

Specific Requirements

•    At least two years of previous working experience  and coordination of overall activities related  EU funded projects and/or projects of similar natur

• Administering all general project correspondence (keeping records of all correspondences up-to-date in writing);

•   Competency in tracking, scheduling, quality control and administration of official project reporting (inception, progress, final and other relevant reports);

•  Competency in preparation of and collection of mission reports and timesheets from project staff / experts;

•   Submission of “Project Management Tracking Tables” to the Project Coordinator/Manager in line with the deadlines.
