SCI employ approximately 25,000 people across the globe and work on the ground in over 100 countries to help children affected by crises, or those that need better healthcare, education and child protection. ROLE PURPOSE:
Under the general supervision of the Child Protection Project Manager, together with the implementing local NGO partner staff, engages in project budgeting and planning and oversees day-to-day implementation and on ground management, provides technical support for the implementing local NGO partners as well as pertinent government local officials who are directly involved in the project implementation.
SCOPE OF ROLE: Reports to: Child Protection Project Manager Location: Istanbul, with regular travel to Ankara and other locations in Turkey Child Safeguarding: Level 3 - the responsibilities of the post will require the post holder to have regular contact with or access to children or young people KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Project Management Support
