About SENED:
SENED is an independent non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2013 and registered in Turkey with the number 27-15-175. SENED was established by a group of humanitarian and social activists in responding to the Syrians suffer since 2011. SENED has become specialized in working with and supporting people with special needs since 2015 due to the realization of the tremendous tragedy that people with special needs live in Syria through periodic visits to their places.

Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the CEO, the HR Coordinator, responsible for all HR tasks.


Key Activities/Tasks/Duties:
·  Lead the recruitment of all SENED staff.
·  Ensure that all staff have relevant and up-to-date job classification, job descriptions, performance management reports and valid contract and have signed all relevant policies.
· Lead the orientation and exit interview for all staff.
· Lead the roll out of the performance management system,
· Ensure to conduct a yearly TNA for all staff member and supervising its implementation.
· Provide oversight and manage the staff monthly timesheet and payroll.
· Ensure a proper implementation to the code of conduct.
· Provide monthly reports for HR activities.
· Secure human resources records and documents are archived properly.
· Contribute to the budget preparation
· Ensure that the human resources process and documentation meet the audit and donor requirements
Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Another future responsibilities/accountability may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.

Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):

Essential:
BA in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
Advanced skills in the English language.
Intermediate skills in the Turkish and/or Arabic language.
Turkish Nationality.

Desirable:
Experience in humanitarian work and principles.
Ensure that the human resources process and documentation meet the audit and donor requirements

IT and Equipment:
Good proficiency with Microsoft package.
