Job Description

• Under the supervision of the InfoHub Manager, to play a key role in the welcoming of the beneficiaries, their initial registration, and the sharing of the necessary information to the beneficiaries. To organize the use of space layout and brochure/banners in accordance with the visibility rules.
• Fulfillment of other guest reception and referral processes.
• Answering the telephone and similar communication tools in the InfoHub, reporting the necessities to the InfoHub Manager.
• Arrangement of InfoHub walls, brochures etc. and ensuring that the visuals are up to date and accurate in accordance with visibility.
• Ensuring that the visibility and registration materials to be used in internal and external awareness raising sessions are obtained by communicating with the trainors and translators who will be giving the presentations.
• To provide visual support for taking pictures, videos, and other visuals within the scope of the visibility rules, and to take photographs, etc from other employees under daily/subject headings. Create a visual archive with materials and forward them to the InfoHub Manager.
• Monitoring of the InfoHub cargo, mail, etc, and keeping record schedules.
• Provision of regulations and reporting on registration forms and follow-ups.
• To act in accordance with the privacy of the beneficiary, especially regarding child safety, and to support other team members to comply with the same sensitivities.
• Participate in all trainings and orientation meetings that may sometimes be held on the weekends.
• Fulfillment of other ad hoc tasks that may be delegated by the InfoHub Manager when needed.
• Ensure that the project runs in a healthy manner in cooperation with all personnel; to avoid any kind of behavior and attitude in which the beneficiaries and personnel may be physically or physically or psychologically damaged.

Qualifications

• University degree in related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar field. 
• Knowledge or experience of general clerical work and simple record-keeping procedures is an advantage;
• Demonstrated interest in social issues and human rights is an advantage;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient level both written and spoken of English, Turkish and/or Arabic is an asset.
• Desirable computer literacy (word, excel).
• No military service liability for male candidates until July 2020.
• Turkish Nationality is a must.
