Ad Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to support a health-focused monitoring and evaluation project in Türkiye:

  • Field Coordinator/Data Analyst (Adıyaman and Malatya): Responsible for planning and overseeing field data collection, ensuring security assessments, training local enumerators, and acting as the liaison between field teams and technical experts. The role emphasizes conflict sensitivity, do-no-harm principles, and coordination with local stakeholders.

  •  Leads the adaptation and implementation of data collection tools, ensures data quality, and conducts in-depth analysis using tools like SPSS, GIS, and KOBO. The analyst will prepare high-quality reports and collaborate closely with field teams to ensure accurate and timely data submission aligned with international health indicators.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security assessments of data collection sites to ensure safe operations.
  • Design and manage the fieldwork plan, including logistics and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and supervise local enumerators, serving as the main liaison between field teams and the technical team, particularly the Health Expert.
  • Train field staff on data collection tools, ethical standards, and conflict-sensitive approaches.
  • Monitor adherence to do-no-harm principles and ensure gender-sensitive and inclusive practices during fieldwork.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in data collection by reviewing submissions from field enumerators.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using advanced tools (e.g., SPSS, GIS, KOBO).
  • Collaborate with the data transcriber to validate data accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare high-quality analytical reports with clear structure, terminology, and visualizations.

Qualifications include:

  • Relevant degrees in social sciences, public health, or data analysis.
  • Strong experience in M&E, international cooperation, and health-related projects.
  • Proficiency in Turkish and English.
  • Regional experience in Türkiye and the Middle East, with a focus on displacement contexts and gender-sensitive approaches.
