JOB SUMMARY

Community worker will assist in follow up with the activities closely with the vendor and write daily report to the line managerwill assist in follow up with the activities closely with the vendor and write daily report to the line manager.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Follow-up project activities in coordination with the project manager-
• Contributing to the assessment of needs and engineering studies, in consultation with the project officer
• Supervising the workflow and quality of the project by conducting a quality check in coordination with the project manager
• To supervise the contractor's work at the project site and to ensure that they conform to the estimated quantities schedule and the technical conditions book for the project
• Prepare data and information about the project implementation work and submit it to the project manager for reporting purposes. Daily and weekly reports to the field project coordinator with clarification of all project-related issues including quality, any problems related to potential delays and any other issue
• Supervising the implementation work and managing the execution of the works in accordance with contractual provisions and design specifications
• Quality control (quantity and quality) and commitment to schedule
• Check that the works are compatible with the technical terms book Support in the preparation of plans, engineering disclosures, studies and technical specifications within the program

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer
• Knowledge of Arabic and English
• At least 3-4 years of experience in implementing engineering projects (design and implementation) with international/local organizations or other similar entities
• Good skill in dealing with design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max and other engineering programs
• High experience in contractor management
• The possibility of travelling and working under pressure and in extreme conditions
• High experience with Office software (Word, Excel)
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
