Bu işe alım süreci Türkiye'de yeni gerçekleşmiş olan depreme yönelik acil müdahale projemiz kapsamında oluşan insan kaynakları açığını doldurmak için yürütülmektedir. İstihdam ilgili projenin fonlanmasına bağlı olarak gerçekleşecektir. Konaklama DDD tarafından konteynırlarda sağlanacaktır.
Durumun aciliyetinden dolayı sahada gönüllü çalışmaya istekli kişilerin başvurusu özellikle teşvik edilmektedir.

Hatay'da görevlendirilmek üzere; Hemşire saha yöneticisinin(Field Coordinator) ve BBSH Doktor(PHC Doctor)

Temel Görevler

• DDD tedavi protokolüne bağlı olarak hasta kontrolü
• Tıbbi Evrakların Doldurulması
• Raporlama
• Diğer ilgili görevler

Görev ve Detayları

• Evrensel hijyen standartlarını bilmek, uygulamak ve sağlamak. Tüm hemşirelik hizmetleri sırasında asepsi kurallarına uyulmasını sağlamak;
• Hasta mahremiyetine ve gizliliğine saygı gösterilmesini sağlamak ve sterilizasyon sürecinin kaliteli olmasını sağlamak;
• İhtiyaç duyulduğunda ve doktor reçetelerine göre enjeksiyon yapmak;
• Gerektiğinde hijyen ve tıbbi önlem standartlarına uygun olarak yara pansumanı yapmak ve doktorun açıklamasına bağlı olarak basit kesikleri dikmek;
• Tüm hastaların yaşamsal bulgularını almak ve bunları hemşire yardımcıları ile paylaşmak;
• Yönetici açıklamasına bağlı olarak hemşire dosyalarındaki hasta dosyalarını doldurmak ve hemşire yardımcıları ile paylaşmak;
• Hastalara triaj yapmak;
• 5 yaşından küçük hastaların kilosunu ve boyunu, 5 yaşından büyük hastaların sadece kilosunu ölçmek
• 6 aylık ile 5 yaş arasın bütün çocuklar için malnütrisyon taraması yapmak;
• Gerektiğinde hasta (ve aileyi) bilinçlendirmek;

Tıbbi Belgeleri Doldurma

• DDD dosyalarını yönetici açıklamasına bağlı olarak doldurmak;
• Yönetici tavsiyesine bağlı olarak tedaviyi reçeteye yazmak;
• Kontrol föyleri, poliklinik formu, sevk formları, sevk kaydı ve günlük morbidite formlarını etc. doldurmak.

Raporlama

• Sözleşme sonunda bir görev raporu ve/veya devir teslim belgesi sunmak.

Diğer İlgili Görevler

• Yönetici tarafından verilen diğer ilgili DDD görevleri.

Aranan Özellikler
Eğitim

• Hemşirelik Okulu veya üniversite diploması
• Tercihen Kadın

Mesleki Deneyim

• 2 yıl tıbbi STK'larla çalışmış olmak

Diller

• Zorunlu: Türkçe & Arapça (sözlü ve yazılı)
• Tercihen: İngilizce

Gerekli Genel Nitelikler

• Diplomatik olabilme;
• Esneklik ve karmaşık ve değişken bağlamlara uyum sağlama kabiliyeti;

Medecins du Monde Turkey (MDM-T) / Dünya Doktorları Dernegi (DDD) is a Turkish based humanitarian non-governmental organisation that facilitates access to healthcare for populations affected by armed conflict, violence, natural disasters, disease, famine, poverty and exclusion.

Mission
Since 2015, DDD implements programs in both Turkey and Syria providing refugee and IDP communities with free access to healthcare services. DDD works with a range of humanitarian professionals and technical experts to provide Primary Healthcare (PHC), Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)services as well as sexual and reproductive health (SRH).

Since the beginning of the Syria and Iraqi crises, Turkey has become host to over 3 million refugees, migrants and asylum seekers which led to an increasing demand for health services. In this context, DDD’s intervention aims to assist local public health systems in providing and improving access to health and health related services to vulnerable populations among refugees and migrants in Turkey, specifically in Hatay, Izmir and Istanbul. In Syria, DDD runs health facilities in Idlib and Afrin provinces to deliver health-related services to IDPs.

Hierarchical & Functional links
The purpose of this emergency recruitment is to fill human resources gap for our emergency response for recent earthquake disaster in Türkiye. Employment will be depend on donor approval. This will be a short term position, the accommodation will be provided by DDD as container

Due to emergency of the current situation, the candidates who are volunteer to work in the emergency field are highly encouraged.

Based in Hatay, the Nurse will be under the line management of Field Coordinator & PHC Doctor.

Status: Fix-Term Contract
Expected Starting Date: ASAP

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible to check all patients depending on DDD treatment protocol
• Filling Medical Papers
• Reporting
• Other related tasks

Function Details

• Know, apply, and make sure universal hygiene standards. Ensure asepsis rules during all nursing cares.
• Ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality are respected and ensure quality of the sterilization process.
• Perform Injections whenever needed and according to the doctor prescriptions
• Perform wound dressing when required and according to the standard of hygiene and medical precaution and suture the simple cutting depending on doctor explanation.
• Take vital signs for all patients in sharing with nurse assistants
• Filling patient files in nurse file in sharing with nurse assistants depending on manager explanation
• Do triage for patients
• Take the weight and height of the patients less than 5 and only the weight for more than 5
• Malnutrition scan for all child between 6 months to 5 years.
• Carry out, when necessary, education of the patient (and family)

Filling Medical Papers

• Filling DDD files depending on direct line explanation
• Write the treatment on prescription depending on direct line recommendation
• Filling tally sheets forms, outpatient’s form, referral forms, referral registration and daily morbidity

Reporting

• Provide a mission report and/or handover document at the end of contract.

Other

• Any other related DDD tasks as assigned by supervisor/line manager.
